50 years of tradition

Since half a century PeBeKa has been constructing mines for Copper Industrial Area. The company was set up in April 1960. Since then the firm has built over 1000 kilometres of underground galleries and headings and has sunk 27.5 kilometres of shafts for copper mines. At present the 30th shaft is being sunk by our company for copper producer, KGHM Polska Miedź S.A. The specialists from PeBeKa were also the contractor of the first Warsaw metro structures, they executed tunnels, sank shafts in all over the world and renovated the historical “Wieliczka” Salt Mine chambers.
